IIB Career Institute Private Limited - Pricing Policy + Cancellation Policy + Refund Policy

At IIB Career Institute, we believe in transparency and fairness in all our processes, including cancellation and refunds. In the event a student wishes to withdraw / cancel admission from a course and seek a refund, the following process must be followed:
1. Refund Request Submission (part of Refund Policy)

A formal *Refund Application* or *Grievance Letter* must be submitted by the student’s *parent/guardian*. The letter should include the relationship to the student and clearly state the reason for seeking a refund.
The refund request can be submitted *in person* at the IIB branch/center or sent via email to the branch email or our official support email at *info@iibedu.com*.

2. Refund Calculation

The *date of submission* of the written refund application at the branch/center, or the date of the *email request*, will be used for the calculation of the refund amount.
Refund amounts will be calculated based on the time of withdrawal in accordance with the institute’s course withdrawal guidelines.

3. Account for Refund

Refunds will only be processed to the *parent/guardian’s savings account*. No other types of accounts will be considered for refund processing.

4. Processing Time

Once the refund request is submitted and verified, the processing time will generally take *10-15 working days*, depending on internal verification processes and banking procedures.

This policy ensures clarity and fairness while handling refund requests at IIB Career Institute Private Limited.

A. Refund Policy For Classroom Courses:

Registration Fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
Admission Fee is NOT refundable if refund applied after the Batch Start Date Short Term Classroom Course Fee / Test Series Fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
Fee paid towards IIB Talent Hunt Exam & Instant Admission cum Scholarship Test NOT refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.

MODE OF PAYMENT OF REFUND:

All refunds shall be paid through Online Transfer ONLY in the name and to the account of the student/parent/guardian within reasonable time from the date of receipt of an application for withdrawal of admission by the appropriate branch/centre.

NOTE: The Institute shall not be held responsible and/or accountable for crediting refund money to the wrong account due to incorrect details furnished by the student/parent/ guardian.

In case of withdrawal of admission of Scholarship Students, the student/parent/guardian shall be entitled to refund according to the terms of the Refund Policy and there shall be no exceptions.

What will be considered?

Batch Start Date / Registration Date, whichever is later
Date of submission of application for withdrawal and refund

What will NOT be considered?

Date when the student attended the first class
Date of last class attended by student

IIB has 8 branches across the state, Nanded Latur, Pune-PCMC, Kolhapur, Pune-FC Road, Chhatrapati Sambhanjinagar, Akola, Pune-Swargate

Pricing Policy

There is difference in the fees structure as per the cost of the city and expenses. Student may be charged with processing fees and other differences in the fees structure at actuals.
We understand that there are genuine cases where a student seeks a transfer. We, thus, have in place our transfer policy for your convenience.
